Toronto's May 2015 Home Sales Report

Here are Toronto's MAY 2015 resale House and Condo Sales figures!
Sales transactions were up 6.3 per cent year-over-year compared to MAY 2014...lower than expected due to inventory housing shortages. Average Selling Prices were up 11 per cent compared to the average for the same time in 2014.
