Strong Growth in Property Values again in Toronto as New Inventory Starts to Tick up for April 2017
April 2017 sales were strong again with 11.630 sales a decrease of 3.2% compared with April last year as average selling prices grew by 24.5%.
Prices have risen in Toronto due to lack of inventory in the marketplace but new inventory is starting to trickle in with the Spring thaw.
Condos are now in as much demand as houses in the downtown core with multiple offers the new normal for all home types across the board.
