Gaelen helped me find my first property - my condo in King West. Gaelen helped me find exactly what I was looking for in exactly the neighbourhood I was looking for at a time when there was nearly no supply in the market at my price point. He managed to find me a place well below my maximum budget that was so much better than places out there going for way more. In the 8 months since I purchased it, the value of my condo has gone up dramatically and I love everything about it. Knowing I couldn't afford it if I tried to buy it now is pretty fun  :)

As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated all the effort Gaelen puts in to make sure that you understand every complicated bit of the whole process. Even after I purchased my condo, Gaelen touched base at all the big milestones to make sure everything was good and to make sure I didn't need anything.

I've heard many horror stories about the home-buying process, so I was reluctant about entering the real-estate market for the first time. I can honestly say that working with Gaelan was a pleasure. My entire experience at selling my new condo with Gaelen was what I call a truly "turnkey" experience. I had very little to worry about as everything was taking care of itself through Gaelen. Prior to selling, I was anxiously questioning myself on how much I should ask for and what offers I would consider as acceptable. Gaelen took me through a lengthy process of viewing what else was available in my neighbourhood along with the asking prices for each. This increased my confidence level on the unit I was selling, which led to me to post for slightly higher than my original conservative value.

Gaelen made my first home buying experience and absolute delight!

He was in constant communication with me, making sure to take the time to answer the many questions I had about the process or condo itself.

From my first email asking for his background and experience in the condo market, Gaelen provided me with all of the information I required and immediately asked what I was looking for. I gave him a detailed list and within a short time I had the first batch of listings sitting in my inbox ready to view. He made sure to apply his knowledge of neighbourhoods and specific buildings to carefully select the listings that would be of interest to me and those I should avoid. Every step of the way he provided his advice and offered options that I had not even considered. When I finally made my way to Toronto for viewings, Gaelen was great at pointing out the pros and any potential cons of a particular unit.

In the end I found the unit for me and during the closing process, again, he was there every step of the way to answer my (numerous) questions. Now, I have moved into my new place and am loving it!
