July 2015 Final Resale Housing Figures

Here are Toronto's JULY 2015 Final Resale House and Condo Sales figures!
Sales transactions were up by 8 per cent year-over-year compared to July 2014.
While Average Selling Prices were up 10.6 per cent compared to the average for the same time in 2014.
