Continued Growth - House and Condo Values Up again in Toronto for February 2017 as Prices Rise and Inventory Continues to Remain Low. 

 

February 2017 sales were strong again with 8,014 sales and increase of 5.7% compared with February last year as average selling prices Skyrocketed by 27.7%!

Prices have risen in Toronto due to lack of inventory in the marketplace. 

It is extremely important now to get more Listings onto the market for people to access.

Condos are now in as much demand as houses in the downtown core with multiple offers the new normal for all home types across the board.
