Continued Record Growth for House and Condo Sales in Toronto for January 2017 as Prices Rise and inventory is at a 50% low!
January 2017 sales were strong again with 5,188 sales and increase of 11.8% compared with January last year as average selling prices increased by 22.3%!
Prices have risen in Toronto due mostly to lack of inventory in the marketplace. Down to its lowest in half a decade with 50% fewer listings than the same time last year.
Condos in certain neighborhoods are now in as much demand as houses in the downtown core.
