March 2017 sales were strong again with 12,077 sales an increase of 17.7% compared with March last year as average selling prices Skyrocketed by 33.2%!
Prices have risen in Toronto due to lack of inventory in the marketplace.
It is extremely important now to get more Listings onto the market for people to access.
