More Growth for House and Condo Sales in Toronto as Prices Soar due to lack of inventory!

Here are Toronto's October 2016 Final Resale House and Condo Sales figures.

Sales transactions were UP by 11.5% year-over-year for the month of October!
While Average Selling Prices were UP 21.1% compared to the average for the same time in 2015!

Condos in certain neighborhoods are now in as much demand as houses in the downtown core.
