Continued Growth for House and Condo Sales in Toronto as Prices Rise Again due to lack of inventory.

 

Here are Toronto's November 2016 Final Resale House and Condo Sales figures.
Sales transactions were UP by 16.5% year-over-year for the month of November!
While Average Selling Prices were UP again at 22.7% compared to the average for the same time in 2015!

Condos in certain neighborhoods are now in as much demand as houses in the downtown core.

If you are considering selling now might be the perfect time to benefit from the rising market!
