Record Growth for House and Condo Sales in Toronto this July!

Here are Toronto's July 2016 Final Resale House and Condo Sales figures.

Sales transactions were UP by 16.7% year-over-year setting a new Record for the month of July!
While Average Selling Prices were UP 16.6% compared to the average for the same time in 2015!
