More Summer Growth for House and Condo Sales in Toronto this August!

Here are Toronto's August 2016 Final Resale House and Condo Sales figures.

Sales transactions were UP by 23.5% year-over-year setting a new Record for the month of August!
While Average Selling Prices were UP 17.7% compared to the average for the same time in 2015!
