Record Gains for House and Condo Sales in Toronto this April!

 
 
 

Here are Toronto's April 2016 Final Resale House and Condo Sales figures.
Sales transactions were UP by 7.4% year-over-year compared to April 2015!
While Average Selling Prices were UP 16.2% compared to the average for the same time in 2015!
